OSHA 10& OSHA 30 Card Expiration Provisions:
Buffalo Publick Schools (BPS):
LP Ciminelli Construction Co. Inc. as appointed Program Manager for the BPS, has been required by the BPS to have construction workers acquire on OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 within the last (5) FIVE Years.

General Construction Projects:
There is no expiration for both the OSHA 10 and OSHA 30. However, some projects have special regulations imposed by the owners of these projects.
